How can I schedule an appointment?

What are your fees and how can I pay?


At the time of our appointment, I will provide you with an itemized bill. Should you choose to submit to insurance, I will provide you with an itemized bill with the required codes. I accept cash, checks and credit cards. During our initial phone conversation, I will go over my fees and if my billing arrangement isn’t feasible we can discuss other options.




Do you take insurance?


I am not a participating provider on any insurance panels. I will fill out any necessary forms and provide assistance to help you receive your benefits, as many health insurance plans will reimburse for some portion of the out-of-network outpatient psychotherapy fee. Since I don’t participate with any insurance panels, you are responsible for full payment of my fees up front, so it is important that you know specifically what your insurance policy will cover if you expect reimbursement.




How long are appointments?


Appointments are typically 45 minutes long, though there are exceptions when we’ve decided longer is appropriate.
