This retreat at a private villa in beautiful Cabo San Lucas will be an introduction to the basics: how to get started and figure out what works for you.

Take part in this 3-day wellness intensive to renew and guide your mind, body and soul.
In a warm and beautiful environment, you’ll be introduced to restorative and healing approaches to wellness.
This inner work leads to transformation and lasting change. You will learn tools to manage stress, connect with yourself, and develop an understanding of what approaches work for you on your path to wellness.
Many women reach a certain age and feel drained. We work hard to achieve in all areas of our lives but leave little for ourselves, spending years giving to others and juggling responsibilities.
We keep hearing about “self-care” but how can we possibly do that with the demands of daily life?
Something has to give.
Why is it so hard to maintain the motivation to stay healthy?
If you feel this way, it’s time to take back control of your wellness and learn the basics of how to live life feeling less burdened, more full of energy, and in control of your mental and physical health.
I’m Lindsay Brancato
I’m excited and honored to be a part of your wellness journey in one of the most beautiful settings I can think of.
I’m a licensed psychologist, psychoanalyst, and eating psychology coach. I created this retreat for busy women like myself!


Cabo San Lucas is one of my favorite places on earth - sunny, warm, inviting, and healing. It’s the perfect setting for beginning or continuing your wellness journey, and learning about holistic approaches to mental and physical health while becoming aware of and letting go of the thought patterns and beliefs that have kept you stuck.
You’re about to step into a space where you will learn about the basics related to Mind (eating psychology/mindfulness/meditation), Body (yoga), and Spirit (energy).
These areas are vital for optimum health and happiness. You will develop an understanding of how to practically apply the information you’ve learned into each area of your life.
This retreat is designed to give you a break from your everyday life in order to expand, calm, and renew your mind, body, and spirit - providing the opportunity to effectively do the inner work needed for personal renewal.

I am joined by Yoga Instructor, Blanca Magos, who will teach you a simple customized yoga practice (to take home).
And I’m thrilled that certified Reiki Practitioner, Ashleah Walker, will be joining us to teach you how to incorporate energy work into your wellness practice.
Blanca Magos
Blanca will share with you Hatha yoga practice, addressing the various desires, needs, and interests of each student.
Blanca will place emphasis on:

Her practice is geared to recharge, realign, and rebalance your mind and body.

Ashleah Walker
Ashleah has certifications in Reiki, Healing Touch and Polarity Therapy. She utilizes Emotional Freedom Technique, Hopi energy techniques, Color Therapy, Aromatherapy, Crystal Healing and Shamanism.
As a natural intuitive and empath, Ashleah has an uncanny ability to use her energy healing practices to get you to where you want to be, whether you’re in need of an energy boost or want to leave feeling more balanced. She will pull from her toolbox of techniques so you walk away with ease and confidence.

My wellness retreats are all about expanding, igniting, and connecting. There’s nothing more powerful than a group of women coming together to learn from and elevate each other.

Investment
$3800 per person
Registration includes your room, airport transfer, a delicious daily breakfast and dinner, all activities and programs led by your hosts, and the Villa Staff. Each individual will be responsible for airfare to and from the location.
And just in case you’re overwhelmed with the amount of wellness information that is out there, and worried you need to know it all to participate, rest assured you don't! This retreat is designed for all levels of experience - women who have tried everything and are still overwhelmed and women who are curious about how to incorporate the various approaches and practices they've heard about, but don't know where to start.
